Returns
We accept returns within 2 days of delivery as long as the item is:
Unused
Unworn
In its original packaging
In the same condition you received it
To start a return, please contact us at [your email] with your order number and a photo of the item.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Custom or personalized items
Digital products
Sale or clearance items
Items marked “final sale”
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you want to swap for a different size or style, contact us and we’ll help you make it happen (as long as the item is still in stock). You may need to cover return shipping.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 48 hours and we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you. Please include photos so we can fix the issue quickly.
